Magdalena Plesińska – President
Graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków – faculty of mathematics, physics and chemistry in 1972. In order to continue her education she has achieves the doctor’s degree at the Jagiellonian University – institute of chemistry. In years 2000 – 2003 she has supplemented her professional qualifications by undertaking the faculty in range of accounting and finishing the course in order to obtain the accountancy certificate. Ms Magdalena Plesińska has started her professional career and the assistant in the institute of chemistry of the Jagiellonian University; in years 1998 – 2004 she worked as the accountant in the Tax Advisory Office TAX. At the same time since 1980 she manages her own accounting office and offers the economical advisory services.
Marek Dranikowski – Vice-President
Graduate of the Technical University in Poznań, faculty of machines and vehicles. In years 1991 – 1994 he has gained the professional qualifications in range of Quality management Systems and the title of the certified manager. His professional career has begun in 1976 in WKS Mostostal Słupca; in years 1985 – 1987 he worked as the leader of the construction group in ENERGOMONTAŻ ZACHÓD Wrocław; since 1987 he worked again in WKS Mostostal as the manager of the assembly and welding department, production preparation specialist, production vice-director and finally the president of board. In years 1996 – 2002 he managed his own Technical and Trade Office STAL SERVICE; at the same time he was the vice-president of board in ZREMB Słupca Sp. z o.o. Currently he realizes the tasks of the president of board in Mostostal Słupca S.A.
Marzena Gola
Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń – faculty of mathematics, physics and chemistry in 1987. In order to expand her professional qualifications she has finished the faculties in range of organization and management; moreover in range of courses she gained knowledge in range of European Union funds, psychology of customer service, development of local energy markets, public relations and advertisement, and Quality Management Systems.
In years 1987 – 1993 she worked in the vocational school of food industry; in years 1993 – 1995 worked as the process engineer in the Rubber Industry Factory STOMIL in Grudziądz; in years 1995 – 1998 she worked in the Sport Equipment factory DELFA Sp. z o.o. as the process engineer, marketing specialist and marketing department manager; in years 1998 – 2007 she worked as the marketing department manager in OPEC Grudziądz Sp. z o.o. Currently she manages her own economical advisory company.
Agata Kammer
Lawyer, qualified as a barrister at Wielkopolska Bar Association. A graduate in law and administration of Warsaw University. Speaks English and French. Has experience of working in law firms in Poznań. Focus professional interests on issues from the range of family, medical and criminal law. Privately a passionate of travelling and good cuisine.
Lech Lewandowski
Graduated from Faculty of Power Engineering of Wrocław University of Technology, where he had received 3rd award for his research paper titled: “Wyznaczanie cyklu obsługowego silnika pojazdu samochodowego w oparciu o wskaźniki i charakterystyki trwałości jego zespołów” [„Determining of the service lifecycle of a motor vehicle based on the indicators and the characteristics of the endurance of its components”].
His professional carrier began in November 1983 in P.P. Polmozbyt where he was employed as a shift master, and then as the chief of the workshop till July 1984. From August 1984 till January 1991 he was the Assistant Director in Przedsiębiorstwo transportowe Handlu Wewnętrznego, where he managed large teams of workers. Afterwards, till May 1996, he undertook a private business activity setting up and planning the work of grocery-and-industrial wholesale chains and also associated with transport. In May 1996 he won a competition organized by Kampania Piwowarska S.A. for the Chief of the Distribution Center. This post was held by him till April 2002. Afterwards, he returned to private business activities as the co-owner of SealCo Sp. z o.o. and Aluver Castings Sp. z o.o.
